We’re led by Ginni Doshi, our President & CEO. With 24 years of experience working as a scientist and a consultant in the pharma, medical device and biotech space, Ginni has been well-prepared for her role as Sage’s founder. Her passion has always been for the human element in her work, and it led her to look seriously at the idea of a staffing company. Matching the right resource to the right job is the niche she has created for herself. With her experience and with the right team around her, she’s looking forward to making a splash in this industry.
Ginni is also extremely active in her community, former Board Member and current volunteer for CASA Lake County (a program helping abused and neglected children in the court system). Ginni holds a B.S. in Medical Technology and Microbiology from Rush University of Chicago.
